The Majors
Overview
The MAJORS is the most selective all-star cheer competition in the world. To be selected for this prestigious event, teams must be among the “Best of the Best” in the Senior Level 6 division.
This event is a competition of the highest level of all-star cheerleading. I had the opportunity to create, design, and work the graphics along with video production of this large scale event.

Background
The Majors is a highly prestigious event under the Varsity brand. Varsity is the largest cheerleading and dance company in the world that host competitions all across the country. The MAJORS is one of the most anticipated events of the cheerleading season, where invite-only teams compete head-to-head for the MAJORS Champion title. The event took place in Indianapolis on January 14th 2022.
Tasks
There were many tasks that went into this event. The following list are some of the primary responsibilities that I had to fulfill, but not limited to.
• Designing all social media graphics prior to the event.
• Designing all animated motion graphics for all teams attending the event.
• Working alongside the production team to correctly place the animations while teams were on the floor.
• Editing any and all video footage for tea video (green screen background alterations)
• Designing all merchandise, athlete gear, and backstage passes, and any other MAJORS branded material used on event site.
